The project on "tourism ambassadors for the local coastal development" will be presented shortly by the Ecuadorian Embassy to the County Council of Granada, which will refer to the Andalusian Fund of Municipalities for International Solidarity (fansi) for study and implementation. The agreement was reached Friday during a working meeting between Ambassador Galo Chiriboga Zambrano and second vice president of the Diputación de Granada, Julio Miguel Bernardo Castro. Also participating in the meeting, the Consul of Ecuador in Malaga, Marco Ponce, and officials of the Development Cooperation Office of the Provincial Council. During his visit to Grenada, Ambassador Chiriboga also conducted a tour of the facilities of the European Business and Innovation, accompanied by the provincial delegate of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science, Francisco Cuenca, and the director of the Foundation Technology Park Health Sciences at Jesus Quero. The agenda concluded with a meeting with leaders of the Ambassador and members of the Ecuadorian community living in Granada, who outlined the actions undertaken to expand and improve consular services, protect the rights of the community, promote their integration, and facilitate their registration on the electoral roll for that from Spain to exercise their right to vote in elections that take place in Ecuador.
